– 4 slices of stale bread
– 2 eggs
– 20 cl of milk
– Salt and pepper.
– 4 tablespoons of pesto
– 2 tomatoes
– 200 grams of mozzarella
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– Basil leaves for garnish
