Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef
2 large onions, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Gruyere cheese
2 eggs
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried thyme
