Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

Ingredients:

2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
1 cup granulated sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, chopped
1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions:

Prepare the Base: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sugar and continue beating until well combined and creamy. Mix in the heavy cream, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Chill the Mixture: Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions, usually about 20-25 minutes.

Add the Mix-ins: During the last 5 minutes of churning, add the chopped strawberries and graham cracker crumbs to the ice cream mixture.

Freeze: Transfer the churned ice cream into an airtight container. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Serve: Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy a refreshing, creamy treat bursting with the flavors of strawberry cheesecake.
