EASY AND QUICK CAKE RECIPE
Ingredients :
20g butter
1 sachet of baking powder
10 cl of milk
150g powdered sugar
150 gr of flour
4 eggs
150 gr of semi-salted butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
Preparation :
How to prepare this Cake
First, mix the yeast with the flour, sugar, softened salted butter
Then add the egg yolks, milk and vanilla
Beat the egg whites
Gently incorporate them into the mixture already made, then pour the dough into a buttered mold and bake at 170°C for 35 mins
Unmold and finally let cool.
