Courgette rolls with ham and cheese
Ingredients:
- 4 courgettes
- 4 slices of white ham
- 200ml of homemade or ready-to-use béchamel sauce
- 100g of grated cheese (Emmental, Comte or Gruyere)
- 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Salt and pepper….
- Nutmeg (optional)
Preparation of the courgettes:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
