Ingredients
500g peaches
100g condensed milk
350ml peach juice
200ml milk
70g corn starch
200g cream cheese
1 peach (for garnish)
20g sugar
30ml water
6g agar agar
Directions
Prepare the Peach Filling:
Peel and Dice Peaches:
Peel and dice the 500g of peaches.
Blend Peaches and Condensed Milk:
In a blender, combine the diced peaches and condensed milk. Blend until smooth.
Make the Peach Cream:
Cook Peach Cream Mixture:
In a saucepan, mix the peach juice, milk, and corn starch.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
